A sequel to the Nintendo Switch exclusive Daemon x Machina has been announced by the game’s producer Kenichiro Tsukuda.
Kenichiro Tsukuda, the game’s producer, said that they are working on a sequel to Daemon x Machina during the game’s 2nd Anniversary Livestream.
It’s not really an announcement, but I want to make a powerful declaration at the end: We’re making a [DxM] 2, or rather its next game. We do have the motivation, and we’re also testing various things. But we need time to think about the next thing, so I think it’s going to take some time. I want to include more new people [into the team], and the game content will gradually change in time. So I wonder what would be the good one? With that thing considered, we want to do it from here on.
I did somehow make this declaration, but it is going to take some time.
Originally launched for the Nintendo Switch, Daemon X Machina was subsequently ported to the PC as well. A mech-battle game created and distributed by Marvelous, it plays as a third-person shooter.
