While you are out on a journey on No Man’s Sky, the planets are constantly after you and will do everything to bring you down. Sentinels are more powerful and employ more obtrusive techniques, while the local wildlife and horrifying creatures view you as a meal.
In mean while how do you survive in No Man’s Sky? Here is how you can pick the best weapon for your survival in the game.
Best Weapons In No Man’s Sky:
Solar Ray And Animus Beam:
- These two weapons are heartbreaking in No Man’s Sky
- They are only used after getting a Living Ship
- The in-game description strangely refers to the instrument as a “Soul Extractor,” and Solar Ray utilizes deadly force to collect a resource known as Fragmented Qualia.
Bolstcaster:
- It’s a default weapon
- Has great accuracy
- It is serviceable and efficient.
Plasma Launcher:
- It can destroy Manufacturing Facilities’ armored doors.
- But as a weapon, it is clunky and inefficient
Mining Beam:
- It is a charging tool that, when first used, is incredibly wasteful with energy usage and doesn’t deliver a lot of early damage.
- But once you upgrade it to S-class, it may start to resemble a monster in the early to mid-game while tackling single targets.
Geology Cannon:
- Combine the Plasma launcher with TerrainManipuator to generate a grenade.
- You’ll be confronted with crater-sized holes and virtually certain death if this secondary weapon is completely improved.
Incinerator:
- At close range, this weapon causes a tremendous amount of damage
- However, the Incinerator comes with a lot of risks
- Unfortunately, access to the Incinerator is no longer possible. But it’s incredibly helpful for those who still own this weapon.
Pulse Spitter:
- It’s a standard machine gun weapon
- Players must master aiming and recoiling when it comes to this weapon
- It gives foes impacted by its missiles a helpful damage-over-time burn.
Neutron cannon:
- It is the best tool for those who want a short gun-type weapon
- It deploys massive area damage
Paralysis Mortar:
- It’s a stun grenade
- It deals no damage
- But, since it has a Voltaic Amplifier module installed, you will get a sizable damage increase against immobilized foes.
Scatter Blaster:
- It’s a combat Shotgun
- It is best for those who are comfortable with up-close, run-and-gun combat
Blaze Javeline:
- A Sniper Rifle with tons of damaging power
- Once the Mass Accelerator and Waveform Oscillator modules are added and the Blaze Javelin is fully upgraded, things become even better.
- This weapon will immediately stun your enemy with massive hits for at least good 5 seconds
No Man’s Sky is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X \ S, and PC.
