Worried to respawn in the Nether? Well, it’s no longer to get worried about since Minecraft has made it a lot easier for the players to respawn in the Nether just with the help of Respawn Anchor. In this guide, we will help you with the Respawn Anchor so you don’t have to lose items in Minecraft.
How To Use A Respawn Anchor:
Respawn Anchor helps you prevent the items that you usually lose after dying in Minecraft. This is because when you die, all the items that you have collected so far will fall into the lava which indeed gets annoying to the majority of the players.
Therefore, the Respawn Anchor helps you set a Respawn point so you can restart your game from that point. Now these points are set near the bed but unfortunately, beds are not available in the Nether, then what should the players do?
Hence, in the dangerous world of the Nether, you can craft a Respawn Anchor for your respawning points. In the Nether, they will be the purple blocks which will help you respawn at certain points.
How To Craft A Respawn Anchor:
To craft the Respawn Anchor, you will need the following items:
Six Crying Obsidian:
- They are similar to the normal obsidian
- Has purple veins that make it appearance CRYING
- You can not craft them
- They can be found in the Bastion Remnants and ruined Nether portals
- For crying Obsidian you will need a diamond or netherite tool
Three Glowstone blocks:
- These glowstones are easier to find than the crying Obsidian
- You can get them in clusters on ceilings and overhand in the Nether
- You can get to the height by bringing the blocks all together
- You can make these blocks by combining four glowstone dusts will create one block of glowstone
This will set your respawn anchor in the Nether, but first, you need to activate it. Therefore, you must add glowstone blocks in order to activate a respawn anchor. You can respawn here in case of death by interacting with the anchor while holding a glowstone block.
That is how you can craft a Respawn Anchor and activate it in the Nether.
